Mirka Polarstar SR 32mm Channel PSA sanding discs are suitable to use on the AOS-B and AROS-B and other 32mm sanding machines.
A high-technology micro product, produced by Mirka, using innovative and energy-saving curing technology with a low carbon footprint. This film abrasive is mainly developed for spot repair, used at car plants in the finessing- and hospital area of the paint shops. Also used in the automotive refinish processes. The Polarstar SR is primarily designed for wet sanding, for correction of small painting defects and removal of dust particles in top coats and clear coats. Mirka Polarstar SR is suitable for both machine and hand sanding.
These discs are PSA (Pressure sensitive adhesive) so they can easily be stuck on to the stick on backing pad. The AOS-B and AROS-B sanders have both stick on and grip quick lock backing pads.
The 3000 grit discs are equivalent to 5 micron.
