Mirka Profile Foam Interface 81x133mm Grip

The Profile Foam Interface 81 x 133 x 25 mm Grip is engineered for accurate, controlled profile sanding on contoured and detailed surfaces. Designed for use with the Mirka DEOS II 353 and compatible 70 x 125 mm sanding blocks, this interface pad enhances flexibility and surface conformity, allowing consistent material removal across grooves, curves, and moulded profiles.

The adaptive 25 mm foam layer absorbs pressure and follows surface contours, reducing the risk of flat-spotting while improving finish uniformity. This makes it particularly effective for detailed woodworking applications where precision and surface quality are critical.

Supplied with five Mirlon Total VF 360 abrasive pads, the system provides efficient surface conditioning, refining scratch patterns and preparing substrates for coating or finishing.
