The Mirka Mirlon sanding rolls consist of high-quality non-woven abrasives engineered for consistent and uniform sanding results. These abrasives deliver a dense scratch pattern and a smooth, even finish, making them an excellent choice for matting, feathering, and fine surface conditioning. Their three-dimensional fibre structure allows for exceptional flexibility, making them well-suited for contoured surfaces and intricate details.
Very Fine (360) is recommended for primary sanding of new parts, old paint layers and sanding of repairs before applying primer.
Ultra Fine (1500) is recommended for enhancing mechanical adhesion and panel blending.
Features:

Can I use Mirlon between coats of paint or lacquer?
Absolutely. Mirlon is often used between coats to denib, scuff-sand, or promote adhesion for the next layer.
Does Mirlon clog easily?
Not typically. Its open, non-woven structure resists clogging.

Absolutely stellar customer service, well above par and enjoyable as much as helpful, and the products are 10/10 - will be back again and again and again…
I spend hours on manually sanding the curves in the depressions I route in my charcuterie boards as there's just no other way to do it, using the AROS-B sander I can now do a full board in around 20 minutes and then have it ready to oil! I estimate it's saving me at least 3-4 hours per board.
Expensive tool but it reall works fantastic with a lot of grunt, and saves an incredible amount of time and effort! I love it so much a week later I bought the AOS-B as well!
Couldn't recommend this unique sander highly enough for fiddly awkward sanding jobs!
I received my mixed box of 125mm Mirka Galaxy discs from Best Abrasives a little while ago...that stuff is amazing!
I let the 80 grit go on a piece of rough sawn Camphor Laurel and it was smooth in a couple of minutes. Very impressive compared to other brands...I'll be back for more! 🙂
