Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE

Here at Best Abrasives, we stand behind the quality of MIRKA power tools, abrasives and accessories.

However, if you are looking to return, refund or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for faulty or defective goods within 30 days. If problems arise outside of this period, this policy will apply at our discretion.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Please contact our support team to discuss a potential return of product. You can email our team on info@bestabrasives.com.au or give us a call on 02) 8036 8478.
  • Provide a copy of your paid tax invoice to review your order.
  • Tell us any details or issues with your product as it helps the team with finding a solution for you. 
  • Products can be returned to our warehouse: 29 Production Ave, Kogarah, NSW 2217.
  • If shipping products back to Best Abrasives, please ensure they're packed safely and correctly to avoid mishandling in the freight process.

  • Same day dispatch

    Orders received by 2pm AEST are dispatched on the same day, with express post options Australia-wide.
